It's very unfair to say that the devs of this game don't care about optimisation. This game is based off the Unreal Engine 5 engine... shit isn't gonna render at 30/60 fps anyway. A budget graphics card isn't gonna cut it because it doesn't have the power to do so. The game is also in Early Access still so it inherently isn't fully optimised. If you've chosen to purchase the game in early access with a subpar graphics card, that's on you. It clearly doesn't meet the games requirements for 8GB VRAM. At the end of the day, it's not carelessness by the devs, but incompatibility. Yes it's the 2nd most graphics card, but that's the case because it's a budget card and does the job for most games. The harsh reality is... if you wanna play more graphically demanding games, you're gonna have to buy a better GPU. Just as if you were to buy better quality/tasting food, you need to spend more money.

Hey Kryzp, Ghost of Tsushima has camera stutter according to Digital Foundry, frame gen only exacerbates the problem (you can see the frametime is a solid line, so the actual game doesn't stutter, only the movement of the camera). So until devs fix it, frame gen will not be very usable at lower fps.

It's really time to ban the Unreal Engine for PC ports. It's been screwing up PC games for so many years and I have no tolerance for these stutter orgies anymore, it's been known for ages this engine doesn't translate well to computer ports. The nvidia says 3090 < 4070 S. But I have a 3090, RT overdrive 1080p native even a 60 fps 60 mbps NVIDIA screen recorder and I get an average of 37-44 FPS in the middle of the city. I am use to 3090 founders edition and ryzen 9 7900(none X). But my 3090 power limit is 400 watt :).

RX 6800 is bad@$$ GPU I have 5x of the AMD Reference MBA CARDS lol. i got em for $299 brand new ... all 5x lol ( and one was actually a 6800XT Reference and one also was a 6900XT lol the seller sold me 5x AD Reference MBA RX 6800s but only 3x were 6800's and one 6800XT and one 6900XT lol I got a massive deal 9 IT WAS A RX 6800 Series lot ( stated to be $299 x5 in total cost) $1500usd in gpus ... ( i builds a lots and lots of gaming P{cs so i couldnt pass it up even id it were all 5x 6800's but i got banger deal.. i coul resell the 6800 XT and 6900XT for alot more lol
